LJEA is sponsoring a Water Quality and Watershed Science category in this year's Planet Frame International Youth Short Film Festival.

There will be FREE screenings of selected films on the Historic Morganton Courthouse lawn on September 25 & 26. We hope one of the films submitted in our category makes the cut!

Join us in appreciating youthful talent from around the world under the stars for what we hope will be a cool, clear September evening.
